Since our favorite place closed a couple years ago, we've tried dozens. This is the best so far. The depth of flavor in the skirt steak is the first thing I noticed. Even the rice. Usually an afterthought. Everybody makes rice but it's seldom (never) fluffy and flavorful. If you can't get the rice right, you're not ... paying attention to detail.
